  • 25 seconds of rest.

This basic rowing workout will generate force through your muscle. It needs only 20 minutes per session.

Process –

  • At 5 RPE, do 10 power strokes.
  • 10 strokes of recovery.
  • At 7 RPE, do 10 power strokes.
  • 10 strokes of recovery.
  • At 9 RPE, do 10 power strokes.
While keeping rhythm the same, push-pull harder to row faster.
